Treat customers like door mats

Hi Lewis team. This seems to be the only way I get things resolved. In November I lodged a complaint where I spoke to Ms Genesi. I provided the Eldorado park branch with contact details and banking details I even gave my whatsapp number if they couldn't reach my cell. I was then informed head office would call me to update my details which never happened and I made a manual payment end of November. Here I was thinking everything is resolved to find my December payment didn't go off. After having an operation I then made it my means to reach out to Nicole who has been helping me(very nice lady) she informed me it's fine she is on sick leave we will sort out the problem when she returns. I then informed her that I would make double payment at the end of Jan and would also come into the branch to fix my problems that I'm having with my account. Here I was sitting at the hospital and my sister calls to tell me your van was at my house now don't they have my details to call me before rocking up at my home. This is embarrassing to say the least Then I call them and the number doesnt work. *** the number kept telling me it's off. I then called Ms Genesi who said she would give them my number to call me and I waited to no avail. I spoke to Nicole who advised she is still off. Now while battling with Cancer I don't think I need all this additional stress. I'm not running away I will pay my account but people coming to my house is not on if they have never tried to even call me. Can someone please help me make a payment arrangement. I am still in hospital if you can inform the Eldoradopark branch so they don't come to my house as well please. Can someone just help me
