TOTALLY frustrating

Went to Lewis Lephalale to buy a double bed. What a horrific experience. From one problem to the next. Don't have stock in doors have to go fetch bed elsewhere. Took over an hour just to try produce an invoice. Eventually I just walked out. Totally useless and ***********. All we want is to walk in swipe a card and walk out with the product. It should be that easy an not need 10 different managers who are no where to be seen. Shocking. I bought my bed from furniture mart Instead.
