Totally disgusted in Lewis Stores

Just like in my previous review, I have had absolutely no compliments to give to this organization or it's staff. We were told to pick out a new lounge suite from their latest sales catalogue after our previous dispute was "settled" and that was more then three weeks ago. We were then told by the district/area manager that we would get a call from her the Monday as there was no stock available the Saturday that we were in the store. More then three weeks later and not a single call from her. After numerous calls to the store and customer service we were sent from pillar to post with excuses that stock will arrive within two weeks, then it was end of the month. How do you advertise furniture if you don't even have stock available. We were asked to place another review on HelloPeter as the case was "resolved" but how is it resolved if we are still waiting for our new lounge suite three weeks later. My wife even ended up in hospital due to the fact that she has a bad back and had to sit in a camping chair up until about a week ago when Lewis sent us the old lounge suite on "loan" until we get the new one. How disgusting. I would never ever recommend anyone to deal with Lewis and especially not their ShopRite Parow branch. As I'm typing this review I have been put on hold for more then 14 minutes waiting to speak to the lady handling our case. We are ever so sorry that we ever made dealings with Lewis in the first place. We were supposed to enjoy our purchases, not suffer because of it😠😠😠😠😠😠 Totally disgusted
