threatened by head office

After my complaint to hellopeter my mum got a phone call from the head office of Lewis they threatened <br> us that if we dont pay an amount of r5000 or they coming to reposses the bed and the fridge. As I explained in my previous email that my account is in areas nd mnth of January I had made a payment. The lady who contacted my mother made it clear that the threat was because of the fact that I laid a complaint to hellopeter. I believe its my right as a customer to lay a complaint when am unhappy abwt services delivered by consumers. So I demand that my account gets paid of nd I recieve the correct goods as a part of compensation by Lewis as my right has been violated as a customer because I had laid a complaint abwt poor services nd bad attitude
