Threaten by Lewis to send people to me

I opened an acc this year March with Lewis,the one in Carlton center, I had explained to them very nicely that the only payment method I can do is via debit order,they then agreed to my surprise the debit order never went off...there another lady by the Name of Christina Who keeps calling me threatening to send people to me come fetch the money!is that even normal? Is that how they threat people. ..I regret ever opening an account, I do not advice people to open account there.
