This store has lost my trust

This store has lost my trust. Their customer care is terrible after buying or opening an account with them. I’ve reported my cupboard braking down numerous time, they came to fix it in not long after the same thing its been a year now with the cupboard and broken down and they delayed to assist just only for the guarantee to end. Mind you im paying R306 for insurance and still paying instalments for a cupboard that is breaking. Head office promised to assist but to this date nothing.
