Third complain on same matter with Lewis!

Can someone tell me what to do now. This is my third consern with Lewis, their Lawyer HookLaw and Guardrisk. I have submitted all paperwork they wanted from me. Agreed to their settlement even though I was not happy. I was told to wait 30 days. I did and still nothing. Or is it bad blood or someone is just playing delaying tactics. Can this be over please.
