I don't know why I keep shopping with this store in Roodepoort,I made a 13k payment into my account in March know one called to let me know that I have overpaid or that my account was updated. I have been calling this store drop mid April only ro find out that they have changed their number and did not even to bother to advise clients. I called their head office today 12 May 2022 whom gave me the new number,spoke to Thulani and asked him to check my account. He advised that all is well and I have a refund due of R1952.00,this store never even tried to call me, when I ask uf they can swipe my refund into my card since they don't have cash, I am being told to send pop,bank statement and my ID. For **** sake you can see the money in my account paid 2 months ago..I had a similar issue in 2020 overpaid my account and had R450 due which was never paid,I went in 2021 and was told that they can't see my refund and the account was closed. So who was my money given tooo????? I let the 2020 one slide but now I'm gatvol I actually want all my refunds due to me today. Your stores are just *** Pathetic and very unprofessional
