They treat customers like nothing

Lewis stores is not like the old times anymore. We bought a bed and everything new as the first problem started with the laptop and than they told us no we must go for a certain bed as of last year the base cracked and the mattress is falling a hole in for 17days now we didn't receive any feed back. We must Drive to the store all the time , use our airtime. No sales person nor manager is phoning us back they keep on asking for we must give time and it's 17days now. My husband is so mad he can't deal with them anymore. To think 17 days already this is the worst after sales that you can get . I wouldn't let people buy from Lewis in strand. They quick for a sale and the money must be in on time but they don't look after their customers. We've reported the incident immediately when it happend its the 20th of January 2025 nothing happend yet we sitting with a broken bed in our house and no one is using it at all.
