They take the cup for worst customer service

Bad Service I received from the Lewis Store in Parow the sales lady and the store manager thats if I even spoke to the manager over phone. This is what happened my mother went to purchase a cardboard from Lewis two weeks ago and she first deposited R3000 and then went back to pay the rest of the amount on Monday the 2nd she communicated to the sales lady that she will pick up the cardboard herself on this coming Saturday as our house was experiencing floods at the time we were trying to sort this matter out. They reached an agreement and come today the sales lady calls my mother around 9am that their warehouse is too full can they please deliver the cardboard today at 13:00 mind you that time my mom is at work she had to knock off early for this reason and she agreed to meet them at home, I get home 17:00 (4 hours late) and they still have not delivered the cardboard all they are able to tell me is that it is due to the weather... Now if you are smart you would have noticed that it had been raining most of the day and why you called is beyond me.. I am not angry and disappointed I told them I want to see the cardboard inside the house by this very night because they are the one’s who initiated the whole delivery business and we are the customers we are suppose to receive the service that we paid for not beg for it. I seriously hope Lewis’s management deals with such disgusting service its not good for any organisation’s reputation..
