They cannot give me a settlement quote
My mom has a contract with them. I want a settlement quote they give me a balance which is R1400. My mom is incredit with R959 because she has been paying R500 instead of R484. They cannot explain what will happen to the money she is incredit with. And they wont give me a settlement quote.
