They breached their contract and stole my money

I could go on and on about the absolutely disgusting and sickening customer service at this branch but I want to use this platform to highlight that this branch stole money from my bank account for months because they failed to cancel my direct debit on a settled account. Now they expect me to wait for timelines for then to pay money back that they STOLE from me, essentially violating my rights as a customer as per the POPI Act The staff and especially the manager is on levels of *********** that doesn't even have its own description yet

I am now contacting lawyers to take them further.
