Theft inside the store

Good Day,

My mother went to pay her fridge account at Lewis Denlyn Centre in Mamelodi West. She was assisted by a lady named Sibongile. She had placed her phone on the desk and took out money to pay the account. When she was about to leave, she couldn't find her phone. She then borrowed another phone to make a call, and the phone rang near Sibongile's desk, but she didn't look for it. She is a pensioner and is even unable to do a sim swap. I am appalled at the poor service the manager and Sibongile showed my mother.
