The worst store i ever bought at

Hi there my name is Brandon Smith, we bought a loungesuit by lewis stores in 2021 , we first were paying monthly and then 3 or 4months later we paid it in full and never even recieved the discount on interest as they promised, recently we noticed the items material is not the same and that the material is lifting up very badly, we let them know and on a few occasions had no reply so we called them ourselves with terrible service, they apparently cant fix or replace it because after we paid it in full the insurance was removed, and they did this without informing myself or my wife what would happen if we pay in full. Today they let us know they will help us by fixing it but we must pay for it ourselves. please help us get our money back or our loungesuit fixed or replaced thanks so much
