Herewith, the public must be made aware to avoid Lewis Stores in Shoprite Park, Parow and rather choose a different branch to work with your personal information.

An employee by the name of Roxanne Uys breached the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) by purposefully shouting out personal information of a customer in public. Her nature as a customer service representative is unacceptable and very unfortunate for the rest of the team. She is clearly ill-mannered and unprofessional with clients.

Based on her conduct, her employment should come into question since there is a possibility that her conduct at the branch and even outside is the reason why this particular branch appears on top of the list on the "Complaints Book" website.

She is clearly detrimental to the performance of the rest of the staff and is slowly killing the popularity of the branch.
