The service is beyond disgusting

I lay Byed a fridge for 3000 and paid it off on the 4th of July. Was told to come back on the 6th which was on the following Monday (yesterday) I came and the Zanele(manager) told me she had no cars available to fetch my fridge at the store room where they keep furniture I should come back the following day which is the 7th of July(today) Zanele then told me my fridge is sold out, I asked for a refund and she transferred me to Andile( sales agent) who then told me she had no money in her till I should come back later as she carried on talking on the phone. Waited for her to finish to ask when should I expect my money , she said she doesn’t know. Showed no interest whatsoever!! I am so mad , their service is beyond disgusting! I want my money and will never trust Lewis again
