The bad services I have experience at Lewis store Jubilee mall

I would like to complain about the bed services I got at Lewis Jubilee Mall in hammanskraal, on the 06/12/2017 I bought a Marco mini tower unit wenge which I paid cash it was not delivered after 5day will the promised me the will deliver within 24, the told me the don't have delivery car, the don't even call or do follow up's I have to call them every day, I went to the store on the 09 decembr 2017 to request Cancellation the manager said I will get my money within 24hrs even now I'm still waiting for my money I was assisted by Marline and Mrs Mocheche, I can't recommend anyone to go to Lewis Store at jubilee mall
