I have entered a review with regard to an account of mine at Lewis Stores. Immediately after I entered the review I received a mail that my problem has been solved and that I can receive a refund from Lewis Stores. Sadia from Lewis Head Office phoned back and kept contact until I received my refund. With this review I want to thank Sadia for her good work and give her a thumbs up for the service she delivered. She was a real ray of sunlight for me in my problem and assisted me until the end. Lewis really needs more people like Sadia whom delivers good service to their clients and I am very thankful to Sadia in the way she assisted me. Thank you Sadia. God Bless you!
