Thank you Lewis Stores and Monarch Insurance

I have just recently wrote about an unexciting experience i had with Lewis stores Fort Beaufort branch. I'm pleased to say that the matter has been resolved. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lewis stores head office staff for their patience and prompt response in this matter i truly appreciate it. Also would like to specifically thank Lisel Morrings (Regional Manager) who took her time to listen to me and also try and find a way to resolve this issue, Lisel thank you my dear may you continue doing the great job with the kindness and patience that you have towards your customers. Lastly, I bow to this lady (Rafeeqoh Lamara- Monarch insurance), words cannot even begin to describe how great-full i am. i wish i could see you in person and just give you a hug, you have been with me in every step of the way. from the day i submitted my claim, you have been updating me , giving me information and with your words that stuck with me till now "don't worry i will try everything i can to assist you" you gave me hope and helped me ease my stress. Thank you Lewis and thank you Monarch Insurance i am truly appreciative of what you have done for me. Truly shows that you really value us as customers
