Let me take this opportunity and thank Lewis store customer care. After a long back and forth issue with the branch regarding my 4 plate store that was not working for a year while paying monthly, they have managed to replace my stove with a new one.

You can see the family is excited and thank you Sadia (Lewis customer care) and Mkhulisi for your help hope you will do the same to every customer raising a complain to you.
