<p>I would like to extend a big heartfelt THANK YOU to Lewis for turning a horrible situation into a positive experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Four days ago, I wrote a long letter complaining about the appalling level of service I had received from the Idutywa brand of Lewis Stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the same day, I received a call from a lady at Head-Office who assured me that my complaint had been noted and that they would do everything in their power to resolve it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then got contacted by Sadia from Head Office who took the time to listen and understand my frustration and more importantly offer a solution. She was professional, friendly, comforting and effective. I would also like to commend Jabu who is the manager at the Randburg branch and Banele from the Idutywa branch for the role they played. They are both new to Lewis and were not involved with the problem. However, they took full accountability and worked tirelessly, running around to ensure I get all my goods. All this time, Sadia kept me updated on all developments and promised me they would delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>As promised, today the bedroom suite of my choice and the dining room of my choice was delivered to my house.
