After a almost three month struggle with my refund from Lewis and many complaint, I can say well done to the Cape Town head office and a special thanks to one particular lady, Sadia that called me daily maybe four times a day to ask if the refund was done or just to update me on my complaint, I am grateful and applaud you for your dedication on genuine customer service.
