****test Service ,never again

I had an agreement with the Manager form Cape Town ,Carol Joemath to settle my account within 4 months, which I have. On the 30th March ,I requested a paid up letter as well as ITC removal. I have mailed her ,as I did before ,however she never responded to my mails. They are quick to repossess their broken furniture in my area, and knock on doors for payments by their rude staff in Eldorado Park, but now for them to fulfill their duties on their side,I have to beg. This is not a threat, next will be Ombudsman, so that all can see what we deal with. I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER BY COB MONDAY AS WELL AS MY ITC DELISTED.
