Terrorized by Lewis Randfontein

I opened an with lewis stores in Randfontein I then went on maternity leave the plan was continue paying the installment with my uif unfortunately I app**** and never got paid till date. I was advised by a friend to try debt counseling for a reduced installment while on maternity leave I did so started paying then received notice that lewis rejected the offer that was put on the table yesterday the came to my workplace demanding 8k which I don't have I am willing to make arrangements to pay this debt off but now I am being terrorized at home and at my workplace today even received a call from the local police station telling I stole goods from lewis and must being them back because the police are coming to my house I would like to know if this is legal and if I don't have any rights as a consumer please assist me urgently
