Terrible terrible terrible service

I'm writing here because this forum helped me get my washing machine delivered after a bad service I got from the store, little did I know that my horror had just begun. So I got the washing machine on the 7th Jan, on the 8th I tried washing and it gave me an E3 error despite of the washing machine door being closed, I called the store and they swapped the machine, this one leaks and floods my bathroom. I called the store to report this and of course no one helped, my mum went to the store to report as well, they said it was because the machine wasn't programmed correctly. I hired a plumber (at my own expense to try and check if I didnt configure the piping correctly) he advised that the leak is not with the pipes the machine has its own leak, I called the store to advise that as soon as water enters the machine it goes straight to the floor, all programming is fine, the lady Phindile (who I called on the 13th Jan and said she will call back but never did) said her supervisor is hasn't been in and still promised to call me back. Well the lady that helped me buy the machine gave me courtesy call and I told her my predicament so she transferred my call to a rude lady called Mathia or Matthew who dismissively told me that this is a programming issue and I asked if they cant come and set up the programming she is referring to and her response was I should find a plumber to go and check the machine. In summary I bought a Kelvinator washing machine on the 4th Jan 2022. Almost two weeks later, I still haven't done my laundry instead I'm getting no help from Lewis Roodepoort. I can genuinely confirm that Lewis has lost a customer. I avoided Lewis Dobsonville because I didn't receive good service from them in the past but even Roodepoort is the same if not worse. I actually suggest that a customer support training is implemented in the branches. As a Lewis customer of over 4 years I definitely do not advise anyone to go to Lewis. The service is despicable.
