TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

Extremely bad service! We have been trying to sort out our account since 2018. They expect us to pay a delivery fee plus the vat etc on it, they didnt deliver anything we had to collect after 3 days of excuses of the driver is sick, the truck has a flat tyre, the driver isn't at work and alot more invalid excuses, aswell as a item that was listed as free when you buy a tv from them plus the items vat etc. The delivery fee aswell as the "free" item made our rate a month alot higher as what was agreed upon. They always have some story as to why the account hasn't been sorted out each time they promise it will get sorted and it never does! We have been turned down on our house purchase because of this place and their lack of ability to sort out their responsibilities. If they could give us a explanation as to why we are liable we would pay it but they never can give us a answer only excuses. I have tried contacting them numerous times and went to the branch numerous times without any solution.
