Terrible Services

Eldorado Park Lewis stores has no client after service etiquette at all. I bought a few furniture from them in August last year on account. The bed that I Restonic Majestic is a completely useless bed, the bed broke in the middle that that is supposed to support the entire bed. I have reported it in September not even in its full 30day cycle of me having the bed. None the less I asked if I could changed the bed for a different but but with the same value they told me no.

I than requested if they could come and look at the bed because the bed feels like I have had it for years. it is now 8 months down the line I am still sitting with the same problem and I do not want this bed anymore.

in December I didn't pay the bed and told them that as soon as they give me another bed I will make the payment nothing of it came through so I did not pay for December. They have listed me on ITC and I contacted them stating that I want my name removed because why must I suffer with a ****y bed and they not doing anything about.

so if you want to buy things from Lewis PLEASE DONT!!!
