Terrible Service from Lewis Pietermaritzburg

This is specifically for the lewis store in pietermaritzburg. The service is terrible when i bought my products i was told if there is an problem just to call they would send someone will be sent to me. Im sitting with furniture that broken and lose since November 2018. Im still waiting for someone. I have further told everyone I know to never buy from them. I need couches for my mum but we looking at going to bradlows
