TERRIBLE SERVICE !

I requested for a settlement to my account in September from Lewis headoffice , after settling my account and calling their offices on numerous occasions to ensure my debit was canceled, Lewis still debited me . I disputed the debit with Lewis and my bank and was refunded by both .doing the right thing I paid back my installment as I received the refund twice. Amidst doing so , my account was still charged interest and services fees on a CLOSED ACCOUNT. on the 30/12/2025 i paid the service fee and interest at the Lewis stanger branch 0411 . I need my account to be closed and request for an UPDATED PAID UP LETTER TO BE EMAILED TO ME IMMEDIATELY
