Terrible service

The lewis store in west street Durban is the worst ever my grandparents who are 80+ bought a mattress for this store two years later the springs came out and was hurting them they phoned a lady named logie to complain about the problem thry phoned for one year to sort this out but no body did anything we paid 500 do the warranty to have it replaced one month later the replacement has not arrived service is so poor this muti national store dose not even have a email address even thought logie is warranty manager and dose not have a email address the service was ********** and the area manger is *********** as hos staff . They give a dham about they about they customers and have not even bothered to update on this situation while my grandparents are suffering would of gotten better service on the side of a road NEVER DEAL WITH THIS STORE !!!
