TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY!

I purchased a bed on the 29th of October, sent a message on the 11th of November complaining about the bed its been 2 weeks, STILL NO FEEDBACK and you can literally see where I sleep as the bed is already sinking in, I only weigh 58kgs. This bed is just bad quality!!!! NOT HEARING A WORD FROM LEWIS STAFF AT ALL!!!!!!
