terrible service

I purchased a fridge in November 2015 I specifically wanted a self defrosting fridge they had no fridges in store so the sales person says i must choose from the catalogue I came across this KIC fridge I asked is it self defrosting he said he wasn't sure but it's a nice fridge I then took the fridge a month later I discovered this is not a self defrosting fridge da freezer had been building ice that da door was opening on the 4th of Jan 2016 I went in store to complain I then got terrible attitude I then put up a story on hello pieter I was contacted by a lady from head office they then took me to defy to choose a fridge of my choice they then contacted me the next day to tell me my instalment will be 850 I told them I cannot afford that can they rather cancel this fridge and refund my money back cause I'm not happy with it a lady by the name of mpume was dealing with this case now a lady by the name of sandy gets back to work doesn't know anythg as to what is going on they saying they going to pick up the fridge but they don't want to release my money I told my attorneys that they must take this matter to court there no other way
