Terrible service

I bought two cupboards from the lewis in Willowmore. Before puechase I asked them if I could get a refund if I wasnt happy with the product. They assured me that I could.

I have been trying this whole week now to return the cupboards. Evrrytime they tell me that they dont have enough cash to refund me. How is this possible.

Please advice .
