Terrible service
I bought a washing machine at Lewis (Giyani branch) for cash. When I tried using the machine this was last year already I noticed that the machine does not drain water. I reported the matter a few times and all I got was that they will send someone to fix the machine. I am still waiting till today.
The service was so poor because I have a washing machine which I cannot use while I bought it for cash. I am deeply dissappointed
