Terrible managerial skills

Got hit from the back by a Lewis vehicle. CA 715 802 was the vehicle registration. The boy that was driving was so apologetic. The problem is the mother who is the regional manager who came to the seen as I was lying down taking me pictures and videorizing me. The driver, Tumisho Mfakazana changed his story. The mother/manageress stationed at Phokeng Lewis Store has never even bothered to check on us. Mind you, we were three in the vehicle including a 13 month old child. To my surprise I see the very vehicle that hit me is well fixed and the very boy is driving around like nothing happened. I had to jump and go call head office for assistance with my vehicle.
