terrible feedback and service

<p>I bought a Kelvinator 6 burner stv ss gas stove at the Parys branch on the 06 of Febuary this year . Contract number ********** 72901. I had used the stove between 100 to 130 times when the front outer glass door exploded probably due to heat, possibly about 6 to 7 weeks ago. I have reported the matter and eventually after about four enquiries I was told that no repair was booked for me. I was also informed thta apparently Lewis Stores can not help me. After some fuss, people from Vanderbijl park came to visit me twice, taking some photos and promising me feedback. The problem with this whole issue is that I am a pensioner and I am dependant on that stove for income due to the fact that I bake cakes and eats for functions. So far all I got was a couple of weeks of running around in circles, two visits from a male person named Lukas from another town and a job number (317642). I have lost clients at a rate of about 3 per week. I have also mentioned that I am more that willing to contribute towards the replacement of the door. Even that offer goes unanswered. Please help.</p>
