Terrible Experience

My husband bought a TV (amongst other things) in March. To date, we still haven't received the TV. Instead they gave us a broken one to use in the mean time since we desperately needed 1 and they were out of stock by then. We have contacted head office several times and no one knows exactly when we will get the TV that we are paying for each and every month.
