Terrible Experience at Lewis.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lewis Boitekong Mall. In November, I purchased a stove, fridge, and table from them. The table took two weeks to deliver after payment, which was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the stove's oven wasn't working from day one. I reported the issue on November 5th, and they promised to send someone to repair it. It's now January, and the stove still isn't functioning properly. Only one plate works, and the other three are useless.

I've asked them to replace the stove, but they insist on repairing it. How can they repair something that never worked in the first place?

To add insult to injury, they're deducting monthly payments from my account for a stove that's essentially useless. I'm left struggling to cook proper meals for my family.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I've received from Lewis.
