Terrible customer service in Bellville branch

I received a bad customer service at Lewis in Bellville Cape Town 😭, i bought bed and wardrobe that must be delivered in Maclear and Couch that was delivered here in Cape Town in my house, only to find out they sold me a wardrobe that out of stock and discontinued, they never bother to explain that to me, I have been calling for my refund and they sending me up n down it's a story, I have spent 15k in their store on that day...the two managers the Mandla and coloured lady they so ***********, irresponsible with no integrity...till today I didn't my money🙄
