Terrible customer service

Dear Lewis, I hope this finds you well. I would just like to let u know about my horrible experience and your bellville branch. I went there on a Saturday to become a customer with you guys and was looking to purchase some furniture that ended up with a total of almost R55000. They promised to deliver that same day as you guys state "Same day delivery" I went home expecting a delivery and as 2 hours passed nobody came. Tried calling but no answer. Monday I was called and one of your sales people was begging on the phone and apologizing as the delivery guy said he didn't have"lis" to drive anymore. I then canceled everything same time. On the 28th of September money was deducted from my bank (taking into account that if I had to go ahead with my sale money should have only been deducted end of October) I went into the branch where your so called manager gave me attitude and said she will get back to me( she did not!) I called today were a different manager said he would call me back and guess what? Still no call! I want this issue dealt with and want my money back as iam now in arrears with my rent and my child's school! This is unacceptable and if nothing gets done I will be taking it further!
