TERRIBLE & BAD SERVICE :(

Hi

I bought furniture and a washing machine from LEWIS STORES since the first day I received the goods I had problems, after months of complaining they took the furniture back to fix it, when they brought it back it was worst than what it was before. I complained and a complained but nothing happened now that I went to complain AGAIN they told me that my year guarantee has expired and I have to put an insurance claim in of which I should pay but what I don't understand why should I pay for the insurance claim if I am still paying LEWIS STORES PLEASE HELP ME ON HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!
