Terrible after service!!!

I have a wardrobe purchased on credit that i pay weekly for, the henges came off and it is almost falling 6 months now i have it still under warranty, i called n logged a complaint on the 3.02.2025, everyday i call they say someone is coming the next day but no one has come yet, today a guy named Owen answered says the supervisor cant come on the call and does not wish to give they name, is this the after care service?? if the wardrobe falls n hurts my 2 year old who will then be responsible??
