Taking Ownership

Good day to All I am a customer of Lewis Furniture store in Boksburg branch 507 in Commissioner Street. I also signed a contract with them to be an independent contractor separate from Lewis. My job was to promote their products and if my customer purchase anything I receive 12.5% I have handed out close to 300 pamphlets and got my first sale on the 1st of May 2023 this was for a Queen size bed of R5000.To date I have not received my commission of R625. I signed the contract in April and they lost it so they made me do a new one on the 10th of May. They have told me that my name must appear on their systems before I can get help. I feel very frustrated and believe they are not living by the Business Core Values like to take ownership. R625 might sound like nothing but when you are unwell and in need of urgent medical attention you need this extra cash. The clinics here are ill equipped to handle anything as they are always out of stock. I would like Alan Smart the CEO of the company to address this issue as I have tried to resolve this matter with 4 different Mangers and Regional Controllers, I have dealt with Ahti and Thembani in the store one is on study leave and the other is acting Manager. As I said I am also a customer who pays every month my installment without delay. I am really disappointed and need help
