Taking my pension month to month

Hi im 65 year old lady, i went to lewis regarding my account they said it ws written off now for the past year they are taking all my pension money when i get paid, and i have nothing money left every month how am i supposed to live if i cant even buy me food or medicine and lewis just keep on taking my money month for month, i even phoned head office and they said they were gonna pay it still haven't receive anything from them, can you please assist me with this issue...
