tablet not issued

hello peter<br> my name is Naledi Marcia Bopalamo my id no is *** I have account with the previous retail store situated in Bloemfontein at Maitland street, I bought a bed with them on the 10th of April and they told me that the bed it comes with a tablet, at first there was no tablet in the shop for them to give to me and He tried to phone to look from another branch so the Mananger, Rantoko Motshabi assured me that they will delivered it to me on Saturday 11th, hence I told them that I wont be home that Saturday, and that I am returning back to cape town on sunday12th. <br> <br> I left Sunday without them phoning me and letting me know of what is happening, I called them on Wednesday15th to find out but Tshidiso the sales person had no answers till present I have not received the tablet and I am in cape town I wonder how am I going to get it if I will get it, they are not phoning me to solve this matter, but I am expected to pay my instalment next month.<br> <br> please help me to get my tablet from lewis store
