Suspected insurance ***** at the store

I have been a loyal customer of Lewis store since 2017. In 2021 I bought a couch and TV (Hisense) from lewis store in mafikeng, with the TV said to be insured with the store insurance company (Monarch), and manage to settle the account byJune 2022. Unfortunately moving back to klerksdorp, I had left the TV back home to a house break in and filled a case with the nearest police station. To cut the long story short. I made the claim at the store same year and made couple of visit to store hoping to get positive feed back. First time they said the insurance hasn't responded with the insurance claim filed. The second visit they said they will check with the insurance. The third visit, the insurance approved and they will tell me when the TV is in store. The fourth visit the letter and the claim form were no longer there and they will check with the supply chain manager and they will get back to me. Last week I went there to find a new manager.

I need some assistance on this because the new manager believes that there was some theft done before in store and the then manager resigned as soon as he arrived at the shop.
