struggling to change the debt order date

It's been more than 3 months now trying to change the debit order date. You phone the store they promised they will call you back to change the date NOTHING HAPPENS. I decided to call the call center hoping to get the assistance. they have promise to call me back I'm still waiting mind you the debit order needs to go off on the 26th. I'm getting paid last day of the month.
