Store manager Lukemaan at Lewis kuilsriver terrible service

I called in at start of December 2021 to.change my debit order details. Manager Lukemaan at kuilsriver store said he would personally come since he lives in my area. He did not pitch till I made a second call in January. December debit order declined due to his delay. He even delayed coming in January. He came before debit date in January and I advised that December can be paid with Feb and march. He should have stopped naedo but did not although he said he did. Now calls me a **** because he never spoke to me about any arrangements. December goes off in January after he advised of stopping naedo, he promised to get my money refunded and even confirmed to me that I would get my money in 2 working days. 3 working days has passed and then he tells me no refund will take place. Now says he never confirmed any refund to me. I've been in credit control for 11 years and he tells me I lie about the discussions which took place between us. He was just inattentive to do his work the way he should have. I am taking this further.
