Store failed to replace my TV

Hi am inga mcoki from witbank.i bought 39inch sinotech tv from lewis last year December the tv took time to switch on after a month and weeks later when i on it showed a crack on screen.i took it back 2the store they told me that they've scan the it looks likd i broke it so i ask how sure they know that what if it fell from the delivary. it was on feb months went on there was no update no call informing me about my tv i personlly must go nd check and they will tell me they still busy with the case and i pay the stallment monthly. The manager told my my husband that lewis is asking R500 for acess i said Ok waite i'll go myself. i went there the manager didnt tell me about R500 she just said im sorry i didnt see they delivad your tv but they need R200 she said i must give it to this other lady who's workin there her name is antoinette and the manager said she wil send the papers to the head office she wil waite for a report and call i wil get a new tv. i wated for a call for a week the manager called me and said i should go 2the police and report a house breaking and do an affidavd so i can get a new tv i was like whats going on i gave them R200 i didnt get a slip now its other story.The lady from a head office call me and ask what happend with ur tv cause its been 5months now its still on complain.i told her the whole story she was shocked about the money cause theres no i supporse to give them the only thing i should give its Affidavid onlyy. today i went there to submite the affidavid i ask for my R200 slip to antoinette she told me the the slip its not with her the lady that got my slip shes not there. so till today i didnt recieve my tv and the slipp.the store name Lewis branch 533 Emalahleni
