Store demanding to take furniture

Hi. Lewis store my mother took an account last year October. Tv . Microwave and a power serge plug . Microwave came in Dec after numerous complaints . Power serge plug has not arrived . So mom keeps asking for it . The she stopped paying they called mom asked where is my Power serge plug . Then Microwave stopped working after 1 week . Now they come to mom's plays demanding that they taking back everything since she doesn't wana pay question I had was are they going to write off the account or mom will have bad credit score the lady in portshepstone said they will plblack list her I'm asking how so cos yall saying you takin everything ɓut will blacklist her please advise if it's the tight way to do the query we have with your store ?. And the lady on Rude over the phone I ddnt get her name please assist urgently
